Yellow Fever...the good kind!
American : Apple Pie :: Indian : Mango Lassi. India is by far the largest producer of mangoes with >40% of global production. (Below is a pic from my family's ancestral town, Guntur, famous for its Mangoes).

There is a mango tree in the backyard of one of the my NGO's properties. We saw the baby mangoes the other day, fist sized and bright green! Almost as cute as the baby chickens that the guard is now keeping in the living room... (I guess no one else is living there... why not?!)
